More than with 〜方が and 〜より

Two objects are compared by appending 方が to the subject (the “more”), and appending より to the item being compared with (the “lesser”).
If the subject is a noun, の方が is used. If the subject is a な adjective, な方が is used. Verbs and い adjectives simply use 方が.
